💦🍁Hidden waterfalls in wewalwaththa 🍁💦
Wewelwatta is a small town located at a distance of 27 km from Ratnapura. There are more than ten beautiful waterfalls around it. To find them, come with Journey of Gemcity.
Wewelwatta is a short distance from our village .... We left for Wewelwatta in the morning. Hal Falls, Dehena Falls, Alupola Falls and many other small waterfalls can be found around the road. These waterfalls were not so special to us as we see them every day ....... but those waterfalls are a series of beautiful views for tourists coming from other areas.
We are looking for some of the infamous waterfalls in the Wewelwatta area. We first went to Wewelwatta Falls . it is small but very beautiful.
We next set out to find the Bambarabotu Falls ..... none of us had been there before ...... so we searched the falls with the help of Google Map. It is a very difficult path.
It is very difficult to take our three wheeler on that road. We had to push it from time to time. After a 2km trek we came close to the falls. The waterfall can be seen in the distance .. but from there the road ends. We reached the stream through the middle of the bushes. We reached the waterfall very carefully along a smooth rocky plateau. It splits in two along a high plateau and plunges into a deep pool.
Then we left for Beruwatta Falls. The road to the falls is not difficult. Like a bride 's sari, the waterfall cascades down.
Our next stop is "Udabudu Falls," which is also a beautiful waterfall. The waterfall can be reached by walking a short distance on a difficult road. By then it was about four in the evening. The sky was heavy with rain clouds ..... so it was very dangerous to stay near the waterfall.
We also prepared to visit the Tamil Falls, Dotalu Falls, Beligal Falls and the nearby prehistoric cave. The search for the waterfalls and the cave had to be postponed due to the prevailing situation. We decided to use that trip next Saturday.
So let's stop today. Let's go for a walk again one day. Beautiful Sabaragamuwa.
Beutiful ❤
